I have always tried to teach my children the rights and wrongs and doing things the right way. Use your manners, try to be kind to people, love your grandparents. Family is very important. Don't eat with your mouth open, the list goes on. It was always good to hear great feedback from people at our local store or post office tell me how polite and well mannered the children were.

I try to run my business the same way. Try to keep doing things right. What is right for the patient. Taking care of the consultants needs. Maintain a great relationship with the hospitals and the staff within. 

We took on another consultant this week. He was referred to AJC by another consultant that is not even on our books! I am so pleased with that. Looking after my business like looking after my children. Hopefully my business will grow like my children, something that gives me great pleasure and I am able to say, 'I helped build and mould them into something great'

The picture by the way is of my eldest son Chris, now aged 39 and my daughter Hannah now aged 37 and yes, she works for the business too. Sorry Josh, you were not born at the time of the picture being taken!
