Sounds obvious, but investing in your staff is investing in your business. This is paramount for the continued growth and strength of your business.
As a business owner I want to do all that I can to protect my business, my clients, my staff. I want to build my business on solid foundations. Those solid foundations start with myself and my staff. Let them flourish, let them learn, increase their knowledge.
We have just applied for everyone to participate in a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals course. Cyber crime is so prevalent now, it is vitally important for staff to understand this threat to the business.
We are lucky being a Welsh company, based in Wales, it has given us access to free Welsh Government funding.
I will update once the course is completed and passed!
